Agreement
These Terms govern your access to AVOP websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use AVOP on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Services, including probing or disrupting systems, scraping in violation of our policies, infringing others’ rights, uploading malware, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
Customer data
You retain rights to domains, prompts, and content you submit. You grant AVOP a license to host and process that data to provide the Services. You represent that you have necessary rights to the data you submit.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the checkout flow you select. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Refunds follow the policy shown at purchase or as required by law.
Availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AVOP FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS WHERE APPLICABLE).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AVOP against claims arising from your data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
